does not under any circumstances sell, rent or exchange personally
identifiable information about its customers. The only parties
who have access to such information are those within our company.
Third parties that need access to your information in order to
provide operational or support services to us must agree to
safeguard your information in strict compliance with our privacy
policy.

CJF Enterprises takes every precaution to
protect our user's information. When users submit sensitive
information via our web site, their information is protected both on
line and off line. All sensitive information is encrypted and is
protected with the best encryption software in the industry - SSL.
We will monitor and adopt, as appropriate, new technology
developments that are designed to aid in ensuring the accuracy and
security of customer information.
While we use SSL
encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also do
everything in our power to protect our customer's information off
line. Because we are a family owned business the information you
provide is only viewed and maintained by the owners of CJF
Enterprises.
CJF Enterprises wants to make sure that you
are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason you
are not we offer a 30 day money back guarantee on most of our
products. Below are some details about our refund
policies...
Gift Baskets and
Cookie Bouquets
All ordering,
shipping and refund information regarding gift baskets and cookie
bouquets are on our home page under gift basket shipping. Please
review all information on that page before you place an
order.
Refund: Our 30 day money back
guarantee will be honored provided CJF Enterprises is notified via
email within 30 days from the date of order placement only on
certain items. Once we receive your email we will contact you
regarding how and where to return your product. A refund will be
issued for the original price of the item provided the item is
returned undamaged and unopened. Please be sure to include all of
the original material that the manufacturer sent with the
merchandise, freight prepaid. Outgoing and return freight is not
refundable. After 30 days all sales are final. No collect
shipments will be accepted. If an item is returned to us after 30
days, we reserve the right to keep the item, and per our return
policy stated herein, a refund/credit cannot be issued and you will
be notified as such via email should this occur.

Bouquets are excluded from the 30 day refund policy. **Games are
excluded from this 30 day refund policy.

Damaged
merchandise: If you should receive goods damaged in transit,
please contact CJF Enterprises via email immediately
upon receipt and we will process a claim on your behalf.
Replacement product will be shipped to you upon verification and
completion of your claim. Please provide complete information (i.e.:
order information, shipping information etc) in your email
notification so that we can process your claim as quickly a
possible.
Funds Processing: All our orders are
processed once your credit card information is received, usually
within 24-48 hours. What this means to you is that CJF Enterprises
must wait until the funds have been processed and transferred to our
bank before we can process your order. This is a security precaution
for you the customer to ensure that you are the authorized user of
the card. Also to ensure that you have indeed made the purchase with
us and to allow time for any unauthorized transactions to be
cancelled. If for any reason an unauthorized transaction does occur,
CJF Enterprises will cooperate fully with all necessary parties and
supply any information needed for investigation
Billing
Processing: Once CJF Enterprises has received your billing
information we will send you an email with your invoice number that
was assigned to your order. We process our orders Monday-Saturday.
Please be advised that once orders are processed and sent to our
warehouse for shipping no changes or cancellations can be made
unless you notify CJF Enterprises within the first 24 hours of
ordering This must be done BEFORE you receive your
invoice number. The reason being that once the order is in transit
it cannot be changed. Any orders that are changed or cancelled after
the invoice number is received or the 24 hour processing period has
lapsed will be charged a $10.00 service fee, no exceptions will be
made. The reason that we must enforce this policy is that once the
item is being processed for shipping it is very costly and time
consuming to track, locate and restock the merchandise.
Delivery: We welcome inquiries into the shipping
status of any order; however we ask that you please wait at least 4
days from the date your order was placed. On the fifth day after
ordering, a package can be traced to the last UPS or USPS hub.
Although you may have a tracking number before the fifth day there
is no information on the location at that time, only that it was
picked up from our warehouse. Reminder: UPS does not deliver
packages on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. Packages with a scheduled
delivery date falling on a Saturday, Sunday or Holiday will be
delivered on the following business day. To make inquiries regarding
shipping status please email us at cjfentprz@comcast.net and we will
be happy to assist you any way we can.
Special
Handling: All of our products are shipped via UPS or USPS
ground which usually takes from 7 to 10 days. If you would like an
item shipped via FedEx, 3 Day or 2 Day Delivery or overnight
delivery please notify us for rates. Anything shipped DHL or
overnight is extremely expensive, so please contact us beforehand.
Forms of payment: CJF Enterprises accepts the
following credit cards: Visa, Discover and MC. We also accept
personal checks, cashiers checks or money orders. If you are paying
by check, products will be held until the check clears your bank
($25 fee for returned checks.) When paying with a check your
delivery time will be affected.
Shipping
Charges: All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. Shopping
Cart will automatically calculate shipping charge prior to
purchasing. You will be able to view your shipping charges in the
shopping cart. Our shipping charge is a flat $5 plus 10%
of the total.
We currently ship only
within the continental US.

effort to preserve our customer's privacy, we may need to disclose
personal information when required by law wherein we have a
good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with
current judicial proceedings, a court order or legal process served
on our web site.
